"FOURTH" Coin from Antietam This Year....+ Some....!!!!

It was a Beautiful Day in the neighborhood for me Today.....Hit the same clover field as we've hit for the last 3 week's,The lead's gettin' a little thin but you can still manage to come out with something.Ty proved that today!!!! Fourth Coin today, an 1862' IH at that!!!! Couldn't believe it.I need a 63' and I'll be done for the CW era.





Here's a group pic of some of the stuff I found today.......One of my better day's in this field!!!!





This is a either a "I" or the number "1",the way the solder mark on the back look's like I'm leaning more toward's an "I"....



I want to say this a part of a "Hardee" Pin,real close to the "shield".....almost dead on!!!!

Nice work--we are 1862 IH Brothers today. Dug mine about 2pm. The scale slide, the Awesome lead, the coin--all of it is Fantastic! Is that piece of a ring gold plated, or solid?


P.S.--You're a PRO--no matter what some $8/hour tour guide says.

Thank's Doug....I'm hoping to come out with some other piece's to a page Ty was calling the shoulger scale attachment a "picture hanger" back at the truck's but I knew I've seen this piece somewhere before

Man you just keep tearing it up. Great finds, I dug a few star base 3 ringers at the DIV last weekend.
