Who still has free air? You have to look far and wide to find some..... well, not if you get off the main drag. The Mountainair gas station in Peeples Valley still has free air. Not advertised because it is assumed air is free. Go around the back to find it. Wash AND dry a load of laundry for only $2.50 Too!

Free air seemed to go away years ago with the advent of the convenient/gas store air kiosk.

We have quite a few gas stations around here that have free air available.

I always believed solar power would become a thing once people figured out how to charge for sunlight.
We have a free air place here in Cassville.

Ain't nothing free where I live, except the bathrooms. Does anyone remember when they tried charging for bathroom stalls at airports. You could still crawl under the door if you felt like getting down on your hands and knees. That system sure didn't last.

They started charging when contractors were filling up their tanks for air tools.

I have my own portable air compressor. However my main complaint about those gas station ones is the tiny little air compressors that are used in them. If you have to pay for air you shouldn't have to put money in the thing twice because the compressor is so small and cheap.

The only free air around here disappeared about 3 years ago when the only filling station in town that still had full service finally closed.
