Tried getting a permission a couple times at a older home in town but always missed the owner and just ended up leaving my number. What a nice surprise when the phone rang and the home owner told me to go for it, super nice folks. I did have a co worker kind of break the ice before I called them. Ended up digging a lot of coins including a dollar coin, a few silvers and wheats. Found two religous pendants, gave one to the owner and a 1910 wheat, that's the year they thought the house was built.
