I have used the Pro Pointer since they were introduced and without a doubt, they are one accessory I would never be without. When my year and a half old Pro Pointer started acting up, I sent it in for service. From the time I shipped it, it took nine days for it to come home. Came home like new if you know what I mean. This is the best costomer service in the industry.

Oh they are pretty good, but Tesoro's customer service is a Lifetime Warranty.:occasion14:

Sandman, you are right. I have had five Tesoros and I never had to send any back in for repairs. No wonder they offer a lifetime warranty.

I never had to send any Tesoro's back either and thought if I ever did I would get an email telling me "That's Life." :laughing7:
