What for?? It's just as easy to swap coils on an Ace as it is to swap shafts with coils on them. Maybe easier because you don't have to re-adjust your shaft every time. The only folks that really need the extra lowers are the Minelab guys whose coil wires run up inside the shaft which does make coil changes tough.

For as cheap as they are though it's nice not to have to mess with the bolt and wrapping the wire.
