Now, I might be the only one on this site that didn't know this, but thought I'd share anyways.
While hunting some wet muddy low tide area here on the coast, I mentioned to my hunting
partner that my pin pointer was worthless here. It would sound off where ever I touched with
it. He asked if I had ground balanced it? Of course I said "what?". He then told me to turn on
the pin pointer while pressing the tip on the ground. It worked! I never knew that. I don't know
if it works on other brands or not.
