Goin to Cozumel, where can I rent a detector?

Well Im heading to Cozumel this Friday and was wondering if anyone whos been could help me out. I would like to metal detect while there and was wondering if anyone knew where I could rent a detector on the island.

I dont want to take my own for numerous reasons. Any help would be appreciated.

I've never heard of renting them, but I've taken mine all over the world with no problems.

The only problem I have had was I was usually traveling for some other reason and I've not had time to detect as much as I wanted when I was there!

I went to Cozumel last year, and let's just say its a very tiny island and theres not much to it. The resorts are a 10-15 min drive from town and theres barely anything close to the resorts, except dive shops. Which I suppose you could try but I highly doubt it.

You thinking of detecting the beaches?
