I would think that all of the methods listed would only be profitable IF you had access to a manufacturing plant that used lots of gold, or had an incredible number of used circuit boards. Of course, you would then have the problem of disposing of all the waste.

That company is into making a lot of money with their high prices for stuff you can get else where for less.

There are quite a few threads about this in the scrap metal section http://forum.treasurenet.com/index.php/board,347.0.html . Unless you have a very large amount, it is not worth buying the chemicals to refine it.
