Dont we have any support from any attorneys out there that can set us strait on federal mineral rights in CA and how they apply to the mining act and to days court?
 

Try going to Boulderpatchmines.com
Digger Dan has some great info on mining rights and other legal issues. Also road closer issues in eastern Oregon.

JOG i went to the site and scanned around looking for the info your talking about but i couldnt find it. where do i look for that info ? i looked over several pages that he has on his site.and does he or anyone have any info on this loop hole that GPAA has found? i dont want to call GPAA for personal reasons!someones got to have this info!

I wasn't referring to what the GPAA had found, I was just referring to some good info on the mining laws and our rights.
If you go to the boulderpatchmines.com home page and then scroll down, on the left side you will see gold mining articles. Click on that and they will be on the left side when you scroll down.
 

im not a member but im getting this from 1. If i knew all the laws i guess i would be a attorny. By the way they found nothin on the new claim. happy hunting
