Ground Balance Video. (discovery 3300), Prob ok for other metal detectors as well.

Hi all,

Was trying to find information on ground balancing, did a fair bit of research and made a video to help others out, as I know the issue has been raised in the past.



Hope to make a zap and pin point video in the future as well.

I am guessing this video would cover the Legacy 3500 and the Fisher F4's. Good job! I find that here I have to adjust on sections of beach whether we or dry. I am guessing it may have to do with run off and perhaps what may be washing in from wrecks. I have found that depending on conditions I run from the 11 o'clock position to as much as 3, and in wet sand between the 4 o'clock and 6 position. If it is impossible to balance at full tilt (6 o'clock) I drop the sensitivity a tick and try it again. Rinse and repeat till you can get a good balance.
