Hammered Cob antique find identification?

I A239D93D-AAF6-4F02-913B-4AA432C84FEB.jpeg C5C81346-94E7-49EA-930B-DDD5C380E86A.jpeg did not dig this coin so Iā€™m not sure if it belongs here mods please remove if it doesnā€™t. I found this coin in a huge box of old coins at an antique shop today. Any coin you want for $5. Iā€™m hoping someone could identify it. Iā€™m not well versed in hammered coins so Iā€™m not sure what origin it stems from or its age. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

Yes, this is an add-on to an old thread.
The six balls within a crest represents the Coat of Arms of the Medici.
The number of balls in the crest fluctuated between 5 and 11, but since 1465 the number has been fixed at 6--as shown here:
Don in SoCal.
