Friend found this this weekend, found close to the New Mexico/Colorado border, i havent seen in person, but from what he says and seems its beveled, and the material is local, other than pics this is all i can provide. found in two pieces, whatever it is its awesome!

Looks like a used up harahey knife....sharpened on one side excessively. Could have broken during usage on one side and resharpened to keep using it......................jmo...................GTP

thanks GTP, we were in the mountains and he sent from cam phone at first and we were like WTF, then next day one my friends suggested snake head, spot on

Now that's a nice blade. I agree it's be reshaped, t'was probably a lot longer.
I have a Jasper Dalton from Texas with the bevelling on the end, obviously reshaped.
Thanks for posting it Brandon, don't see blades like that very often.
