HELP.....Info on Dallas, Texas clubs

I am a member of the Midwest Prairie Research and Recovery Team located in Iowa. However, my dilema lies in the very near future in the state of Texas. We will be spending Christmas there with family, and I desperately need to relieve some developing cabin-fever with a shot of treasure hunting. I would enjoy finding a buddy to show me a good place to hunt and perhaps save him/ her from a similar dilema. Any information on a local club in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area would be a godsend. Thanks to any who can help.
