If anyone can help me with a date and value, please comment. I cannot find the same pattern online. Was hoping there are a few sooon collectors that could direct Me in where to find it or have an idea of the date and value. Thank You in advance!

TY. I saw that one, but the one I found doesn't have the writing on the front of the handle close to the spoon.

I'm from Detroit and think it's cool. I'd love to own it.

Being sterling I'm surprised that it does not have a makers name or mark. My initial thought was the '70s because spoon collecting was hot then. But when I really studied the design I have to guesstimate no later than the mid-30s. The reasons being two more modern buildings, the street car, and the horse drawn vehicle.

Date the modern buildings near the Courthouse and you should nail it.

Here's a pic that very closely resembles the scene on the spoon. Horse drawn carts and similar buildings. Photo descriptions says Detroit Streetcars 1800-1899 ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1504062776.601401.jpg

Thats a nice find. I googled "Heart of Detroit sterling silver spoon" and was able to find some info, that should help you out if you try the same.
