I have been searching the laws in Tyler, TX about DD. I called the sheriff's, the local PD, and some lawyers, and I'm getting the run around. Some says its illegal, others say they frown upon it but can't stop someone, and others say its legal only if you have permission first.
I would like to do it. But I have no idea where to begin. Again, I'm new, I would like find out though before I end up in jail, or something...Could anyone help me?
