went to my favorite spot today. got a 07 indian,, a 37 buffalo ,,a 35 buffalo,, a 1896 v nickle,, a 42 merc. a 52 washington quarter, a 1912 barber dime 9 wheaties most from teens and 20s a button a musketball ,, and a condom tin that reads cadets trade mark c 1932 successors to merry widows,, and a bunch of other stuff i can't put on the scanner,,fun day out.......

the site was a farm, then a hotel then a boy scout camp and now its vacant,, the oldest find there so far was a 1845 large cent, but i'll bet there are older items there somewhere,,,, it covers about 5 acres and we don't grid it , so we will have it on and off for a few years anyway..

Man ,you cleaned house. I found a German WW2 condom tin here . I did not know what it was so I took it to work to get it translated by one of the civilions . He had a good laugh.
