I think that is a Great find! Anything that has local history in this hobby is Wonderful. I have dug very, Very few items that could be traced to local manufacturers. They've all been since I moved to a city--and even now I have still dug only a few.

That is too cool :thumbsup: them match stick holders are really neat, I've never found one, I did see another guy post a gold one found in Cal.

I agree with BB. That is one of the exciting things about this hobby. Digging local historic artifacts. Unfortunately, unless you live near a manufacturing city, the chances of finding something like that are slim.

Nearly all of my manufactured finds, and even most of my buttons are stamped Philadelphia, which is only 10 miles away. Trenton, about 40 miles to my north is a close second.

As they say in the real estate industry, "location, location, location!"
