from the look of them they look like 1930 1950 . its hard to tell without seeing them in person . the markings on the bottom remind me of markings I have seen on 1930's face cream kind of bottles. also they did make "blown" bottles with screw tops up until around 1900, but your bottles were machine made around 1930 1950.

Hey Mack,

The bottles look to be from the first few decades of the 20th Century. Noxzema was offered in the familiar blue jars since 1914. They all appear machine made, but your photos are not very focused or telling. The bottle guys wanna see photos, in natural light, that include closeups of the bases and the lip finish.

How about the coin? Found in the same spot. No details visible but it looks and feels like a coin and it's copper..

If your quarter is for size reference, there was no copper coinage made that size. Might be a copper punch.

They all appear to be from the 1930's. I just found the same Noxzema bottle when I was digging the other day. I'm finding a lot of ratty Hanley's cone top beer cans, so I know I'm digging a late 1930's dump.

The clear circular bottle is an ink bottle that fits into an old fashioned school desk.

Not sure on the copper piece. Could be part of a compact or maybe a watch back. Hard to tell by the picture you posted.

I agree, no copper coins that size. Looks even bigger than silver dollar size.

FYI keep looking in the area you found the bottles there are probably more buried in the ground, the older ones would be deeper than the newer ones. You may be on to a bottle dump. Keep looking you will find more.

Clean that big old piece of copper!
Can't be a coin, but the odds that there will be writing on it are very good.
Bottles like the others have mentioned are 1930-1950's-ish, and like they also mentioned, you might want
to dig deeper.
Kudos!
Carl
