Thanks B.C. it is turning winter here so I tried to get a few scanning trips
before winter so i would have something to look at.
I can't wait to be able to put in some quality tim on the water.
currently for me to go out on the water I get dressed up in my DUI dry suit
that is the best way to stay warm and dry in my boat.
it is my goal to get scans of entire shore lines of some of my local lakes.
my next trick is to see if I can splice some images together and make something really interesting.
any tips and tricks I can pick and or pass on to others would be helpfull.
I think I am going to try some deep scans like 100-300 feet to see what it will do.
I am not expecting much.
I have a 512meg SD chip in slot 2 and a 256Meg in slot one.
I have sent humminbird some feedback, I think the chart plotter needs to be
more night compatable it is white and way to bright.
also many people I have talked to would love an auto save option so when the screen get to a 75-90% refresh
it will capture.
