I found a shiney today...but is it real?

Underneath my display rack at the Wallymart, I spotted this little charm....pocketed it instantly.
Forgot about it until I got home, emptied my pockets, and my wife spotted it right away.
My eyesight on things like this is kinda blurry in the field....I figured it was fake. But also kinda pretty, if I can say that.
So upon further inspection, there are no marks anywhere, but I didn't notice that it is surrounded by diamonds!?!
The reverse has holes where the stones are mounted, so that makes me wonder....
She is keeping it.

I think it's white gold!
Solid 51 on the Pro....I also did a acid/gold test on it, think it's 14k..... but I'm gonna have it looked at to double check.
