It's between 1893 (start of Burckhardthaus) and 1927 (end of Krupp using the hallmark). That's a pretty narrow date range for a relic spoon IMO.

Apparently, Krupp still makes flatware for hotels and restaurants.

If we accept that the branding was for the German religious organisation then we can narrow it down further still to between 1914 and 1927. The “Burckhardthaus” name for the training facility was in memory of Johannes Burckhardt's death in 1914. Before that the organisation had other names, as per my previous post.
