Looks like an Enfield to me. Clean out the base and take a look, sometimes there are markings. I think Whitworths are usually longer, and also a smaller caliber than an Enfield. Dont quote me on that though, its early and I need to drink more coffee.

I was thinking that enfields were a little smaller . It almost looks as if the bullet was cut down lengthwise. It's got a regular conical base with no markings

Does anyone recognize this bullet? It's either an enfield or a Whitworth. It seems to long to be an enfield.
Some measurements might help us viewers out a tad.
Doing a thread count sucks, because they're all different. :)

This looks like an Enfield bullet. There were several variants of Enfield bullets, or this may have been a bullet that was cast in the field.
