This isn't so much MD related....but it is research related.
I happened upon this in my area. I've driven by here thousands of times and never knew about this.
Here. Look at this pic:
That's from 1939.
Clearly it appears as though the train tracks disappear into a tunnel entrance.
Now look at the same location.....but modern day:

There it is.......still disappearing into the hillside.
Whaddaya think? Old coal shaft? I betcha it is sealed.
Would it be worth MD'ing? Or would it likely be too trashy with iron?
