Hello, new to the site. Found this near CW battlefield in Virginia. Made of heavy brass. Registered a 94 on Deus. Any help in identification would be appreciated. Thanks! EAA84EA9-6BDF-4AEB-ABE3-C4311EE4DB64.jpeg2967A33E-48F0-419A-92F9-5F87035D6707.jpeg

Looks like a drawer pull/knob

Agree with creskol. Drawer knob. Cool find for its design :icon_thumright:

I also agree with Creskol, it looks like a drawer pull knob. Even though its not a button, it is still a nice relic find.

Could be a horse harness rosette too I guess.

The evaluations above suggest that it is a furniture pull knob face. This is probably what it is but I would very much like to know the size of this item. I have seen some screw in coat hangers that have that same kind of face. Just put it on top of a $100 bill and take another picture :icon_thumleft:

Interesting relic! :occasion14:

Thats a good find because you know your in an old area. I agree a size would help on the ID
