"Voter fraud?" To put up a candidate for office is fraud?

It's not a tactic I agree with. As long as the candidate plays by the rules it's hardly fraud.

Good luck to all,

PS: Today's vote in Virginia will be interesting for several reasons.

METHODOLOGY: This list was derived from campaign finance disclosure reported that Libertarian Booster PAC has filed with the Virginia State Board of Elections. Each time it gives money to a Virginia candidate or committee, Libertarian Booster PAC is required to disclose each donor who gives $2,500 or more since its last report.

"In March 2012, ABC News reported Liemandt was among three dozen of the Obama campaign’s largest bundlers invited to a state dinner honoring British Prime Minister David Cameron. ABC News reported the invited bundlers, who also included Vogue editor Anna Wintour and Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, were responsible for at least $10.7 million of the $250 million the campaign had collected to that point.

Liemandt and his wife Andra have also been contributors to the Libertarian National Committee, but their largess has been mostly focused on the Democratic Party."

Donations linked to Liemandt’s company, Trilogy, also has split its political giving between libertarian third-party efforts and liberal Democrats. During the 2012 election cycle, Trilogy poured $100,000 into another libertarian group — Libertarian Action Super PAC — while simultaneously making generous contributions to the Democratic National Committee ($92,400), the Democratic Party of Ohio ($12,453) and Barack Obama ($10,000), as well as more than $25,000 for Democrat Party organizations in Florida, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nevada and New Hampshire."

You are right! Anyone can be a patsy for the progressive movement. This guy is lying about his intentions trying to split off the vote.. hardly something you would notice.

Hard to see that it's "fraud" if all the information is out there.

Is it moral? Ethical? Right? I would say probably not.

Is it legal (the definition of "fraud")? Yep.

This is a tactic both parties have used for a long, long time. The Republicans did it in South Carolina recently. It's not new.

In the "mini-bi-election" for governor Virginia has voted for the party not in the White House for some forty years. In 2009 the right wing nutz crowed that Mr. Obama was a loser because the Republicans won the state house - ignoring, of course, the well-established pattern.

The Republican candidate has stated this election is a referendum on the Tea Party. It will be very interesting to see how it turns out.

Good luck to all,

Hasn't it been thirty years since the party in the White House won the state house in New Jersey?

This was the other "proof" offered in early 2009 that America had immediately become disenchanted with Mr. Obama. Sheer "uh" InSannity crowed and crowed about it - ignoring the well-established pattern.

Good luck to all,

OB it is a pipe dream to defeat Christie.

The more important issue is the minimum wage hike vote.

Well it looks by polling that a there is a correlation in very uninformed voters. 10% may be somewhat conservative, 46% are progressive or democrat.
So if you peel off a small percentage you get what the left calls a mandate. By disinformation.

What does polling have to do with "fraud?" It's obvious many voters are not informed. A much bigger problem is the large number of eligible citizens who do not participate in the process.

I'm expecting the losers to whine about the biased MSM and disinformation and all that garbage.

Good luck to all,

Again,, Your opinion here Bookyroo;
"A much bigger problem is the large number of eligible citizens who do not participate in the process."

They are just a faction that are less informed than Democrats! But At this time it looks like it is better that they don't vote.:laughing7:

Sarvis ran as a libertarian, No way even Ron Paul would back him. Nasty tactics by the Administrations handlers and bundlers.. This is what every state can look forward to in the future.
I have been standing with a sign all afternoon at my polling place. Received many great cudos,, and a few people had that old "smell a fart" look. Hope I changed a couple of peoples mind. Not that it was easy to find his stances. He was the "I am not those guys" candidate.

Good for you booky.

In the this world though, so far, Sarvis looks to be 6 %. And 20 % of the exit polls are voting because of the lies McCaliffe has been spreading.. to bad the left is so very malleable. Still following, but it looks like lies and subterfuge may win.

Pay attention to your state!

Getting closer now! The conservative candidate is lagging the Socialist that sells the Lincoln bedroom to the highest bidder by about 19 thousand. The democrat spoiler has received about 119 thousand. Wow. Not unexpected though I guess.

If any one is a libertarian on this site. Can you stomach a bill that would allow a tracking gps device in your car/vehicle? The justification is to tax you on every mile. Do you think that would be the extent of the breach of privacy? That is one of the Sarvis platforms that just recently came out.

Considering the Dems outspent the Reps. 10 to 1 in VA, the Clintons had to be brought in, the Pres. had to show up, and a third party candidate had to be funded, I would hardly call this a victory for the Dems.

Anyone think the Dems can do this nationwide in 2014?

Well the "libertarian" candidate won. Our state has been overrun. Wonder who has enough money left to stay in the Lincoln Bedroom now?
