I'm a new prospector from southeastern Nebraska

Hi, I live in southeastern Nebraska and I just wanted to introduce myself. You probably think that it is weird that I am trying to find gold in Nebraska, but I will try my best! Any tips on what I should be looking for, or anything like that would be appreciated!

No, not weird at all. What's weird is me being in NW Minnesota and being interested in prospecting. THAT'S weird! Nothing here but skunks and skeeters.
