Hello,

Around 20 years ago I found what looks to be an Indian axe head in a farmers field just outside of Windsor Ontario about a kilometer from the Windsor airport. I was wondering if it is authentic and how old it is, and how much it's worth. Thank you. P.S. The coin is a Canadian nickel.

Does appear to be an artifact, but I'm far from an expert. Could try posting it in "What is it" or one of the Native American forums for a better chance at positively identifying it.

Very Nice Celt! {Axe} If you found it in a field, I would say it is real.

Definitely a celt, not an axe-and I would certainly say it's authentic. Nice find!
