Pick this up at a garage sale today I looked up the artist and it only brought up comic book artist can anybody tell me if this is the correct artist or is it somebody else and it is any value to it I only pay five dollars for it

Here's a couple more items I found at garage sales yesterday R2D2 phone $10 maybe get $25-30 and the gold prospecting hood ornament $10 maybe get $40
