Info on fossil please

I picked this and a few more up about 24yrs ago as a child, I knew they were super cool. I was in the smoker mountains, don't know if north or South Carolina I can't remember. I just found them again cleaning my garage.. can anyone explain to me what I may or may not have and also, what type of rock everything is fossilized on. Thanks in advance you guys. This is an amazing group of professionals! MOSTLY

First one looks like a scallop fossil to me.

Agree, looks like you found a bunch of fossilized scallops, but what ever rock they are in, I don't have the foggiest..
