Interesting bone - need ID

This is not fossilized but I thought you guys might know what it is.
The bone is just over 4 inches long. The two claw like things on the right end are hinged and swivel about 10 degrees. Thanks for your help. It came up in a scoop of sand when I was water detecting.

It may be the spine and joint out of a catfish fin or something like that. I don't know what all fish you have where you are at.

I think I found the answer. I found a dead horseshoe crab and it had a very similar tail. thanks
