Last Saturday I met up with fellow T-Net members Mike of Pa, his father, and Rick (I believe goes by Goal Digger). We went out detecting at a spot we found and found some neat stuff. I happened to find a button from the 1700 period, a 1911 wheat penny, and the most interesting thing was a coin that I couldn't make out due to all the dirt and grime that was on it. After getting it home, I spent a couple of hours for the past couple of nights lightly cleaning it and found it to be a Constellatio Nova Copper Coin from 1783. I have not been able to get pics of my finds yet but will try to get them up as soon as possible for everyone to see. Any info on this coin would be much appreciated. Thanks a bunch.
