No problem, Vodka 1000. (where did you take this nick from ? )
Even I, in Poland, never tasted such a stuff. Sometimes... max. 99.6%, but not 1000%.

Simply, you chose worst moment to register.
My PC got slightly broken, I was using other PC, with not configured Outlook.
Besides - I was at the countryside for a while.

I assure you that you're not only one who had problems with registering. My fault, forgive me.
But... You're most nervous one...
