Before I got a lesche digger 4 years ago I used a bowie knife that had a 8 inch blade. That bowie knife was one intimidating digger that would sometimes get a reaction from some people. The lesche looks more like a garden tool compared to that old bowie.

I love my lesche knife for cutting through roots, but I now switched over to a backhoe and it makes digging a whole lot easier ;D

great for dual purpose use -- diggiing and up close self defense if need be , I got no problems with that.
