Seems like ever time I go hunting I find a damn ole 1965 qwrt......1st hole I dug today....65 qwrt!!! Am I the only one that seems to be cursed with being that close but no silver lol

LOL-I thought I was the only one with the- '65 clad curse!
Not just quarters but dimes too.

So many times I'm like-"Why can't you be just one year older dammit!"

haven't been totally skunked though,got a '61 dime and a '64 quarter so far.

2012 Red Book has '65 quarters in ms63 @ $1.00. Ms65 @ $7.00, so uncirculated they can be worth something.

looks like '69 p&d, and '83 p&d are the clad qtrs. to watch for.
