Natural imo and the bone was cut with a modern saw so it could be deer or cow. Keep looking its always fun.

Someone (ancient or not) might have picked up the top piece of flint and taken a couple of whacks to see if it was usable. Or it could just be natural damage. Looks like pretty flint.

Agree with Rock on the bone, depending on the size it could also be a ham bone.

The last piece could be fossil or shell.

the first four pics is what looks to be a water-worn (obsidian?) cobble, with what looks to be mechanical spalling. Photo is bad, but in pic three, is there regular chipping on one edge or opposing sides of left-hand edge, then it might be a tool.
The others I can't comment on, sorry.
