🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Is this an Artifact, or just a rock? Are these bolt threads? I found this in landscaping rock. Can anyone help please?

It isn't an artifact, it's a fossil. The "bolt threads" are part of Chrinoid stem. The Chrinoid was an ancient marine animal. The small round thing you see above the "threads" is also a Chrinoid stem fragment, but viewed from the end, rather than the side.
