Hey guys,

So I hit an old homesite tis morning for a bit. Found a lot of nails, cans, and can tops. Theres a lot of junk there. I was leaving and got a good solid hit. Dug it up and out popped this rock. Is this a meteorite? It came up with a very strong solid iron signal. It feels super light and it chips fairly easy. I dont have a clue but sont wanna throw it away till I find out for sure. Any comments would be appreciated thanks all!!

Looks like iron ore. I've found some before around an old blacksmith shop. Some with most metal melted out, and some whole pieces.
