It's A Small World

Hi all,

It's good to be back..after a few weeks of laying low, I decided to hunt areas closer to home (where it's safe ). I visited to a local park and hunted an area in between a handball court and a baseball diamond (that looked like it hadn't been used in years).

I came up with about $3.50 in clad, a car wash token and this nice heavy 925 silver pendant depicting a world map..very faintly on the back side over the "2000 Tiffany & Co." I can make out "CitiFX". The pendant rang out like a solid quarter and probably weighs as much as a silver dollar :headbang:

The extra clad I've found over the last 2 months (over $65 so far) will be used for taking the family out to dinner..I couldn't think of a better way to spend it.

Hope you all find a little treasure this weekend.
Nat

Re: It's A Small World

The silver Tiffany jewelry I have seen found always looks to be solid and heavy. Never been to their store to view the jewelry, but that looks like a nice find.

Nat, it's good to see you back online again posting.

That looks like a heavy silver pendant you've found. Being Tiffany & Co. makes it even more valuable.

Congrats,

Re: It's A Small World

How in the world did you find that world? Ok, no more worldly jokes.

I found a Tiffany pin a few months ago, looked it up and even though it's relatively small, it was worth about 175 dollars. So, yours has to be worth considerably more. Nice score!
