IT'S NOT PLAY MONEY AFTER ALL. 1943 2 FRANCS ALUMINUM COIN!!

HOWDY ALL. I found this last week and thought it was play money. I cleaned it up and did a search and it is real. 1943 aluminum coin from German occupied France. One never knows! Keep Swinging!!

I found a 1944 1 Franc coin, and a 1941 2 Franc coin. The 2 Franc coin is made of brass or some other yellow metal. When I first dug it up it looked like a 10 gold piece. I felt my heart skip a few beats.... Then reality came back when I turned the coin over.

I know how that feels! I found a 50 centimes last month and thought it was a gold coin as well. I was so annoyed that I don't think I even posted it here! What a tool!
