Yes that happens sometimes. The feeling of joy after finding a tin of possible coins is really nice. Oh well better luck next time. RH

Yes i want to know why it was resealed, what kind of can was it? Also why would there be glass in it? Its still probably old glass, see what its from. Also yes, is it gemstones?

It was a thick aluminum can (i think) it was crushed and on the inside were pieces of broken glass (not gemstones i dont think) it was burried about 3 inches deep so is probable around 50 years old maybe less. I dont know why it was there but i will check around the hole again sometime in the next few days to see if anything fell out. Thanks for looking. Good luck and HH!
