ya right!! that sucker fooled me. alls i saw was 1787.but better things to come. i went back to a spot i hammered last year with rob. its on a shore line were we found seated coins, large cvent , shillings i think rob found a fugio cent and many other things. was a nice day so i decided to go back even though ive been there many times. so my finds are a 1853 with arrows half dime. thats my third from that place. and a worn seated dime. i cant get a date but thats also my third seated dime from there. thanx willy

Wow, nice finds! It is amazing what you can walk past only to find later. The dime is 1860 at the oldest since it appears to lack the legend on the reverse.
