July is looking much better so far 3-Gold 2-Silver

And Bobbie is on a dollar coin rollfinding 3 in the last 2 days. We actually only got out 3 times last month 2 short trips and the weekend road trip. Now that summer is in full swing here we are detecting until about 1:00pm tops. Yesterday we headed out and hit a few parks and schools I found the tiny 14k charm at the first spot, I like starting my monthes off with being able to detect. the silver earring and pendant came from the second spot and Bobbie got her first gold of the month with the 10k/pink topaz at the next to last spot. Today we got atarted around 10:00 and were done by 1:00 I found the 18k gold ring on left. Bobbie has found just under $10.00 so far and as usual I am lagging behind. If we get a chance we may get out tommorrow for a bit. Congrats to all those that have gotten out and we hope all have a safe and happy 4th of July weekend

no problem civilman, our best month typically is March, our weakest is typically August.
August being weakest because the heat keeps us from detecting very much.

Congrats on the gold, the last couple months for me has been golden, but recently its dried up, got to a point where I thought I'd get gold every time(boy was I wrong)!! Nice 18k ring and not a bad way to start the month!!
