Junk and a silver dime

Went to an old spot today and thought all i was gonna dig up was pull tabs, mowed over pop cans and tin foil....until I popped out this 64 rosie...heck...I'll take it.

Also...a brass pen top, at least that's what i figure it is...and the remnants of a pocket knife.

Why cant park maintainence pick up pop cans and sheets of tin foil before scattering them all over the place?
