August 2018 - Last November, Goodwill decided to open a clearance center in San Antonio TX. There they dump unsold items from smaller Goodwills into blue bins for the public to reach in and grab. I was thinking that it was a place to find treasure that could be worth a lot more than how much you pay for it there. Since December I have been finding items like small sterling silver jewelry, large brass and Copper wheat pennies but I haven’t found anything extra ordinary or better until now. After shopping for 3+ hours going though bins Ive already checked multiple times, I found this sitting in a half empty bin. I was surprised to find this, it was a 1915 Mexican 5 Peso large note! When I picked it up, it was in half. Damn. I tried looking for the other half but it was gone:(. But I consider it my most extraordinary and oldest find there.
