Yes and no. Any business strike from Philadelphia and Denver from after 1964 will have no silver content. But there are exceptions from coins minted in San Francisco. From 1992 and later, the mint issued clad proof sets and silver proof sets from the San Francisco mint. Also, the bicentennial coins featured a 40% silver compostion for both proof and business strikes from the San Francisco mint.
