Please don't yell !
Saw a local news report about a guy who got evicted took a drill and drilled holes on all four sides of the house and the roof. The bank kept the property for another year before the local building inspector deemed it uninhabitable and condemned it. Guess the guy got his revenge even if it cost many other people in his former neighborhood. Because of his default it lowered their property value. After the house was condemned it cost them even more on their property value. now more people have been forced to leave their homes in that same neighborhood because their property values have continued to nosedive. Many homes in the $200,000 price range were now getting valued in the $125,000-$150,000 range and they feel it's not worth it to pay a $200,000 dollar mortgage on a $125,000 home. I don't really care what my house is worth, I pay my mortgage because I promised to pay it, and it is my home, not an investment. :-\ :icon_scratch: ::)
