Throw the book at the sumbeech - OMG, walking on RR tracks......I say 5 years minimum, probably was scouting for future detecting, that criminal!!!!!!!!!

criminal trespass ?
I don't get that.
I always thought in order for it to be criminal, You have to show intent
to cause trouble.
I'm sure if he gets a lawyer, he could probably get him off or at least down to
simple trespass. all he should need to do is prove ignorance,
& that fact he got hit by a train
by walking on the tracks with headphones proves ignorance.
add to that he still hasn't realized if you get hit by a train you get killed :laughing7:
