I have to hand it to Kellyco...
I have been dealing with Dan Gerrell of Kellyco for the last few days, and he sincerely worked to make my situation with the 18X15 coil right. He went over and above all of my expectations, and I am looking at that coil on my Explorer SE Pro right now! Thank you Dan, you are truly one of the good guys! I can't wait to get out in the 95* heat and try it out Saturday! Thank you again for your help, and thank you for explaining what is going on with the company, and why I haven't been getting any feedback from the CSA I had been using. Like I said in the original post, things happen, and I am glad to be posting how great my service was this time around. As the above poster said, everyone deserves a second chance. Now, do you sell helium baloons to tie to this sucker??
