There's a town not to far from me that for its population has quite a few banks. I think mapquest lists 8. I found 7 banks I think. I was crossing them off my list as I went and 1 was very near two others but I never did see it. So either I didn't look hard enough or its no longer there. I bought $525.50 in halves but after searching and counting when I got home my total was $524.50. I guess thats OK since I didn't get skunked. But this town is kinda poor so I had visions of maybe a full roll or two. I did find at least one persons dump bank with marked rolls. There was $200 at that bank. Most of those rolls were solid date 71P, 73P, 83P or bicentenials but not UNC. At one bank I got a roll of AU 71 P&D in a plastic coin tube.

Not bad but next time I'll take the bike and save some gas. I had my 3yr old son today so it was a car trip. I've already taught him to edge search and he can spot most of the silvers. He still has problems with some of the 40%'ers.
