I found all these in the same woods over a span of 3 hunts for a total of about 8 hours using my new E-Trac. The first hunt out I found the medal! There was still snow on the ground for first hunt of the year... but that sure didn't stop me.
The KGII might be counterfeit, but it's so worn and I have no scale to weigh it. It is by far the oldest coin I have found yet! (1749-1753?) It's in really bad shape, the only way I can see the bust is by using shadows. Regardless of condition, I love finding oldies.
The Coronation Medal was a suprise. It reads "William IV Crowned Sep 8, 1831" and on reverse there is a mounted soldier fighting 2 lions and it reads "By trampling on Liberty I lost the reigns". It is badly mineralized and is sitting in some distilled water right now in an attempt to shake lose some of natures wrath.
All the buttons are pretty common with no unusual markings. The tiny one has a really cool star with a pattern, which I included a close up of. It was also silver plated at one time.
